Acceptance and permitted use
By accessing 60frames, you agree to use the site and editor only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service, its infrastructure, or other users.
60frames is currently offered as a browser-based workflow for turning uploaded visual assets into rendered motion output through templates and export tooling available in the editor.
- You may only upload or render material that you own or are properly licensed to use.
- You must not use 60frames for unlawful content, malware delivery, scraping abuse, automated misuse, or attempts to overload the rendering system.
Uploads, renders, and downloads
You remain responsible for every file, image, text layer, brand asset, and export you submit to or create with 60frames.
To generate a render, 60frames may temporarily process and store upload data and output files as part of the export flow. That temporary handling is described in the Privacy Policy and is part of how the service works today.
- Rendered output quality, file size, speed, and completion time can vary based on the selected template, asset size, export format, and current server load.
- 60frames may limit or interrupt a render if a request is too large, unstable, abusive, or technically incompatible with the current implementation.
Accounts, render credits, and paid plans
A 60frames account is required before a cloud export can begin. The Free plan includes five lifetime cloud exports at 480p or 720p and 30 FPS, with no watermark. Editing and live previews are not charged as cloud exports.
Paid plans provide a fixed monthly render-credit balance. Credit cost depends on resolution, frame rate, and duration: for exports up to 15 seconds at 30 FPS, 480p/720p costs 1 credit, 1080p costs 2, 2K costs 4, and 4K costs 8. 60 FPS costs twice as many credits, and each started 15-second duration block costs another unit.
A credit is reserved only after an eligible render request is submitted and is consumed when 60frames accepts the cloud render. If the upload or render start is rejected before the render is accepted, the reserved credit is restored. Credits are not cash, are not transferable, and do not roll over unless a plan expressly says otherwise.
- The current credit allowance and price are displayed before checkout and may differ by billing cycle or region.
- 60frames may rate-limit, reject, or suspend suspicious, abusive, or technically unsafe render requests.
- A cancelled, failed, or interrupted render after cloud compute has started may still consume the reserved credit because infrastructure cost has already been incurred.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of the assets and original material you bring into 60frames, subject to any rights you have already granted elsewhere and any rights you do not own in the first place.
You give 60frames only the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, and deliver those materials back to you so the editor, preview flow, support flow, and render output can function.
- 60frames retains ownership of its software, interface, code, branding, templates, and overall product design.
- Feedback you send about bugs, UX, or missing features may be used to improve the product without additional compensation unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
No guaranteed availability or permanent storage
60frames provides accounts and may offer paid plans, but it does not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, a particular render speed, or unlimited cloud rendering.
60frames may change, throttle, pause, or remove features, templates, export behavior, or file handling routines whenever needed to maintain stability, fix bugs, improve the product, or respond to misuse.
- Beta-quality behavior, failed renders, and temporary interruptions can happen in a web-based rendering workflow.
- Scheduled maintenance, urgent fixes, or infrastructure limits may affect availability without advance notice.
Restrictions and enforcement
You must not attempt to reverse engineer protected parts of the service, bypass technical limits, interfere with render jobs, probe for vulnerabilities, or use 60frames to infringe the rights of others.
Access may be suspended, blocked, or rate-limited if misuse, abuse, unlawful behavior, or a security threat is detected.
- Automated exploitation, fake traffic generation, or mass-abuse of the render pipeline is prohibited.
- 60frames may remove content or deny access where continued use would create technical, legal, or safety problems.
Disclaimers and liability limits
60frames is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no promise is made that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 60frames and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from your use of the site, the editor, or exported files.
If you rely on 60frames for commercial, client, or time-sensitive work, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups, reviews, and approval steps before publication or delivery.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
Modifications to these terms
60frames reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of 60frames after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and 60frames regarding your use of the service.
