What information 60frames currently handles
60frames offers account sign-up and sign-in for cloud exports. Account information is handled by the authentication provider so 60frames can associate an export, credit balance, purchase, and support request with the correct account.
The information you may actively provide is limited to what you enter into the contact form, such as your name, email address, company, project type, timeline, and message. Submitting that form opens WhatsApp with the text prefilled so the message can be sent directly to the operator.
- The theme toggle stores your light or dark preference in your browser under the localStorage key `motio-theme`.
- When you export from the editor, selected template data, uploaded images or videos, text layers, export settings, and limited operational data are processed so the cloud render can complete.
How render data is processed
When you trigger an export, 60frames sends the selected template, media slot data, text layers, background settings, aspect ratio, and export settings to its render services. Assets may be uploaded to cloud storage so the render worker can access them.
Completed exports are delivered through a download URL. Render inputs and outputs are retained only for the operational period configured for the service and may be removed automatically afterwards.
- Do not upload confidential, regulated, or irreplaceable material without keeping your own copy.
- Render-related request data can appear in protected operational logs while a render is running or being debugged.
How information is used
60frames uses the information described above only to run the site, remember your theme preference, generate exports you ask for, answer support or project inquiries, and investigate technical issues when something breaks.
60frames uses account and billing status to allocate the five Free credits, apply paid plan credits, prevent abuse, and provide support. Credit records may include export resolution, frame rate, duration, and render start time; they do not include ownership rights in your creative work.
- Contact details you choose to send are used to reply to you or continue the conversation through the channel you selected.
- Render-related request data may appear in server-side operational logs while a render is running or being debugged.
Sharing and external services
60frames uses infrastructure providers such as Supabase for authentication and account data, AWS for cloud rendering and storage, and a payment provider when you choose to purchase a paid plan. Those providers process data only as needed to provide their services and under their own privacy terms.
The contact form is designed to hand your message off to WhatsApp rather than storing it in a custom backend managed by this repository.
- Do not submit passwords, card details, government IDs, or other sensitive material through the WhatsApp handoff unless you are comfortable sharing it there.
- 60frames may also depend on its hosting and infrastructure providers to deliver the site and render requests.
Retention and security
Your theme preference stays in your browser until you clear localStorage or change the setting. Contact details remain wherever you choose to send them, such as in your own WhatsApp thread.
60frames attempts to keep render artifacts short-lived, but no internet-facing system should be treated as a vault for confidential or regulated data. Only upload material you are comfortable using in a web-based rendering workflow.
- Uploaded assets should be limited to content you own or have permission to process.
- If you need a render or message removed, use the contact page and include enough detail to identify it.
Your choices
You can avoid localStorage by not using the theme toggle, and you can delete the stored value from your browser at any time.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of contact or support messages by reaching out through the contact routes published on this project.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area, the legal basis for processing the limited data described above is legitimate interest — specifically, the interest in operating the site and delivering the rendering service you request.
Where you submit information through the contact form, the legal basis is your consent, which you provide by actively choosing to send the message via WhatsApp.
- You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability under GDPR.
- To exercise these rights, contact us through the published contact channels with enough detail to verify your identity and locate the data.
CCPA rights (California residents)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to delete your personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information.
60frames does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
- To make a verifiable consumer request, contact us through the published channels on the contact page.
- We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days as required by the CCPA.
Children's privacy
60frames is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate steps to remove that information.
Changes to this policy
When this policy is updated, the "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised. Significant changes may also be communicated through the contact channels or site notices.
Your continued use of 60frames after changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
